How to play Math Runner 3D

Move between three lanes — swipe or use the left and right arrow keys — to reach the gate showing the answer to the problem on screen. Pick the wrong gate and you lose a life; three difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard) scale from single-digit facts to multi-digit operations and division.

Pick a difficulty, then press Start Run.
A problem shows on screen and three gates come toward you, each with a possible answer.
Move between the three lanes — swipe, or use the left and right arrow keys — to line up with the gate you think is correct. There is no jumping and no up or down.
Pass through the right gate to score. The wrong one costs a life, and you get a life back at 600m, 1200m and 2000m.

Difficulty levels

Easy (Grade 3) — Addition, subtraction and simple multiplication. For example: 6 × 3
Medium (Grade 4) — Full multiplication tables and division. For example: 7 × 8
Hard (Grade 5) — Multi-digit operations and harder division. For example: 126 ÷ 7

For parents

This is the most game-like of the four and the one children ask for. It is also the fastest, so it suits a child who already knows the facts and wants to use them.
Every tier gives at least two and a half seconds to read the problem and change lane. If your child is still missing, the maths is the problem and not the speed — drop a tier.
It needs a reasonably modern device for the 3D graphics. If it runs roughly, Math Runner (Classic) practises exactly the same skills in 2D.
